Scott, 50, is charged with aggravated battery of a police officer, a Class 2 felony, as well as Class A misdemeanors of domestic battery and resisting an officer, according to the criminal complaint in the McHenry County court. That document states that at about 3:30 p.m. Sunday, police responded to a call reporting the battery of a juvenile at Scott’s home.
